Lincoln Square's The Eco Flamingo general store makes zero-waste a reality

General Manager Alexis Chavez said this general store is zero waste. “We allow you to bring in your own container, and you’re just refilling things that we have here instead of going to the store and purchasing something that’s already in plastic or other packaging,” Chavez said. “We’re just helping people reduce their waste.” Read More
