Michelin-starred restaurant crowdfunding move to a bigger space

One of Chicago's 19 Michelin-starred restaurants is upsizing, but instead of turning to a bank or deep-pocketed investor to finance the project, its owner is asking the public to help pay the tab.
The plan for Atelier, the tasting-menu sequel restaurant to Elizabeth, is to stay in Lincoln Square but move to a bigger space with a more prominent storefront. The current location seats just 22 guests, and owner Tim Lacey wants that number to be closer to 35. Read More Here.
