The Enrollment & Program Director is the heart of iCode Ravenswood. You're the first person families meet, the reason students can't stop talking about their class, and the reason our campus grows. This role is equal parts relationship-builder and results-driver as you'll connect authentically with kids and parents, and those connections are what fill our classrooms.
This is a sales role, but not in the way you might think. You won't cold pitch or pressure anyone. You'll create experiences so good that enrollment becomes the obvious next step. If you love kids, genuinely enjoy talking with parents, and care about outcomes — and you also know how to follow up, stay organized, and close — this role was written for you.
Enrollment & Family Experience (Your Primary Focus)
Welcome prospective families with tours that are warm, engaging, and kid-centered
Follow up on every lead — by phone, email, and text — until you get a yes or a no
Convert curious families into enrolled students by building trust, not applying pressure
Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets
Manage your lead pipeline in CRM — every inquiry tracked, every follow-up logged
Generate new leads through school partnerships, community events, and word of mouth
Student & Campus Experience
Create a campus environment where kids feel excited to show up every week
Be a visible, energetic presence that students and parents genuinely look forward to seeing
Maintain a fun, clean, tour-ready campus at all times
Recruit, hire, and train instructional staff who match your energy and care
Operations
Schedule classes and staff based on enrollment needs and resources
Manage expense control, inventory, and payroll processes
Oversee accurate record-keeping across student and operational systems
Community Outreach
Build relationships with local schools, principals, and parent networks
Represent iCode at school expos, community events, and neighborhood meetings
Light up around kids and it shows. The kids will remember you
Build trust with a skeptical parent in a single conversation
Follow up without being told to, because you genuinely want to see families say yes
Have a track record of hitting goals — enrollment, sales, program growth,
Stay organized and are on top of your pipeline without dropping leads
Can run operations and never let the admin work pull you away from people
Are available evenings, and weekends because that's when families are available
Total Compensation: Up to $120,000 (base + performance pay tied to enrollment)
Location: On-site, Ravenswood — Chicago, IL
Schedule: Full-time; requires flexibility including evenings and weekends
iCode is a national leader in after-school STEAM education for students aged 6–14. We teach coding, robotics, game design, and digital creativity in a structured, engaging environment designed to build both technical skills and confidence.
