Part-Time Store Manager
At least 2 years of retail experience (management or keyholder experience a plus)- A genuine passion for sewing, quilting, or textile arts- Great communication and people skills—you enjoy connecting with a wide variety of customers- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset- Basic tech comfort—POS systems, email, and online inventory tools- Ability to lift and move fabric bolts and supplies (up to 30 lbs)- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varied shifts
