The Chopping Block Virtual Cooking Demo on the Patio: Cedar-Planked Salmon

Join us on our outdoor patio for a virtual cooking class with Chopping Block Chef Hans Mooser. Hans will teach you how to cook seafood using a cedar plank via a Zoom demonstration. Grilling classes will be held on our outdoor patio, but we may need to move inside if the weather is uncooperative.
