Melodic Fiddle Tunes
Load up your shopping cart and get started on a six pack of melodic fiddle tunes that are guaranteed to stick in your brain. Recordings will be provided for some tunes and standard notation for others. Students are encouraged to send their own recordings back to Colby after the workshop for feedback and notes. Discover the skills and inspiration to eventually memorize and master these short form, melody rich arrangements from the likes of John Hartford, Bruce Molsky, Kenny Baker and others.
