Live Photo Book Reading

Join Photography Department Director, Jeanne Donegan, for a Live Photobook Reading from her personal artist book collection!

This double feature will delve into two bodies of work, Take Care by Chicago based artist Justin T. Nalley and Take Care of Yourself by French artist Sophie Calle. These books were selected for their titles in a time when we all need to be approaching ourselves and others with extreme care and compassion. The subjects explored in these books are entirely different, but each is an incredibly personal, honest, and autobiographical body of work that utilizes an intimate blend of photographs and text.
