Lillstreet Art Center's 12th Annual Empty Bowls Benefit
A celebration of community, art, & giving: Supporting First-Slice Pie Cafe’s efforts to fight hunger in Chicago.
For $25, attendees will choose from a selection of ceramic bowls, handmade and donated by Lillstreet artists, enjoy a serving of delicious soup, and leave with a unique piece of art—all while giving back to the Chicago community. Vegan & gluten free options will be available. This event is first-come first-serve.vOne hundred percent of funds raised will benefit First Slice’s initiatives to fight hunger in Chicago—through its Outreach Program with schools, churches, youth groups, community centers, and social service organizations—serving close to 600 meals to Chicago’s needy and homeless each week.
