Bloom Kids Yoga and Art Camp with Chelsea Brown

Each day of camp, yogis will be introduced to a classic myth, story, or philosophical aspect from the classical yoga tradition. They will learn about the chakra system, Patanjali's seminal Yoga Sutras, the story of Arjuna the Archer, and be challenged with some very tricky poses named for the great sages of India.

Lessons are taught in an engaging, age appropriate way through spirited yoga classes that include movement, classic postures, games, breathing, and introductory mindfulness and meditation. Each class will include a beautiful work of art to take home.
