4715 N Western - Business Listening Session

Join Alderman Matt Martin for a conversation about the future of the city-owned parking lot at 4715 N Western.  The 47th Ward office has not yet received a formal proposal for redevelopment of the property, and will not consider any specific proposal at this meeting.  Other city-owned parking lots have recently been developed for different uses, and it is expected that the 47th Ward office will receive formal proposals in the future.  As part of the 47th Ward Community Visioning process, it is important to speak specifically to nearby businesses to gather thoughts and feedback ahead of any future development proposals.
